One of the most frequently asked questions we get is... "Can we have a tour?" Well... We use to jump on every opportunity to show off our art and the facility that helps us create it.
However, No. At this point, we cannot give tours. Why? We had to utilize every square foot for actual production. Therefore, there are no hallways or paths that you can take without being in our space. Our production area is kept immaculate and is regulated by the FDA. Before entry, there are many steps our staff takes to ensure the cleanliness and not just everyone can enter. (We still think you are special.)
BUT WE DO NOT WANT YOU TO MISS OUT!
So, we are going to give you a TOUR IN PICTURES.
We are a unique facility. Because we fill 2.5 gallon tubs for Scoop Shops and we fill 12oz containers for retailers to resale.
One of the things that sets us apart from the others is that we hand layer the ingredients. That is a special aspect in both the personal sized containers and our tubs that sets us apart from the others in the industry.
Our staff is highly trained in many ways to create the most delicious ice cream for you. We use a high butterfat ice cream with very little air to ensure a smooth + creamy ice cream with every bite.
They create and produce more than 35 flavors. Our staff works 2 shifts per day, every day of the week. They are so talented and so appreciated.
But most importantly, our ice cream is created with a SMILE.
Happiness is our secret ingredient and we hope it spreads to you when you indulge in our ice cream.
Our New Production Facility Will Be Running By Summer 2023.
If you have been following our journey long, you know that we have purchased a historic property and are currently renovating it to become our new production manufacturing facility.
When this facility is completed, we hope to be able to offer tours to our AMAZING customers!
