We’re Retiring These Ice Cream Flavors—Help Us Create the Next Fan Favorite

One of the few constants in life is change. At Ice Cream Factory, we believe that change (especially the sweet kind) is part of what keeps life exciting. And sometimes, that means making room for new favorites by letting go of a few classics. 

Ice cream is more than just dessert—it’s the backdrop to movie nights, the centerpiece of celebrations, the comfort food after a long day, and sometimes, the reason to take a break at all. Every flavor we’ve created carries memories, big and small, for families, friends, and fans across the country. That’s why change isn’t easy, but it’s necessary for us to keep creating flavors that matter. 

We know these flavors have played a part in your stories. Some were there on summer road trips, others brought smiles to birthday tables, and a few even helped get you through a rough week. We’ve loved crafting these flavors and sharing them with you, but we think that it’s time to clear space in our lineup for new creations we think you’ll love just as much. 

Here are a few flavors that will soon be retired from our 12oz container range: 

Coconut Almond Paradise 

This flavor has been a vacation in a pint for so many of you. With its silky coconut base, roasted almonds, and chocolate coconut pieces, it brought the islands to your kitchen table. Dairy-free and full of tropical charm, Coconut Almond Paradise reminded us that even on the busiest days, a scoop of sunshine was just a spoon away. 

Blueberry Shortcake 

A flavor that tasted like grandma’s kitchen on a Sunday afternoon. Soft shortcake chunks, baked in our own bakery, nestled into a smooth cream base with bright, juicy blueberry swirls. It was buttery, fruity, and filled with the kind of nostalgia that made you smile before the first bite. This one made backyard picnics and quiet nights both a little sweeter. 

Cherry Chocolate Chunk 

This one had a fan club of its own. Rich chocolate ice cream, chewy brownie pieces, and that swirl of tart cherry—it was indulgent and dramatic in all the best ways. A flavor for bold palates, for those who like a little edge with their dessert, Cherry Chocolate Chunk was a classic with a cherry on top (literally). It was decadent, moody, and absolutely unforgettable. 

Chocolate Caramel Espresso 

This was your go-to when you needed a treat and a pick-me-up. With bold espresso ice cream, buttery caramel ribbons, and smooth fudge chunks, this flavor had your back at 3 PM and midnight alike. It was everything you love about your favorite coffee order, reimagined as a yummy frozen escape. It gave energy, comfort, and sweetness all at once.
