At SIGEP, hosted in Rimini, Italy, Jacob and Megan quickly realized just how unique Ice Cream Factory is within the industry. While most ice cream companies source their inclusions from third-party suppliers, we make our own from scratch. When they shared this with other industry professionals, they were met with looks of shock and admiration. The level of care and quality we put into our inclusions sets us apart—something that was evident in every conversation they had.
Beyond industry recognition, SIGEP provided them with invaluable insights into cutting-edge baking technology and equipment. They explored ways to enhance our production process without compromising the handcrafted quality that makes our inclusions special.
