Big News: Ice Cream Factory Has Joined PNC Brands Group, LLC

We are entering a new chapter that strengthens our operations and positions the brand for national growth. 

Ice Cream Factory is now part of PNC Brands Group, LLC, the portfolio company behind several fast-growing food brands led by CEO Gail Kurpgeweit. This move strengthens our ability to scale while protecting the core of what makes Ice Cream Factory so beloved. 

If you know our brand, you know we obsess over flavor, texture, and the craft behind every batch. Our inclusions are baked in-house, our formulas are developed to deliver a true premium experience, and our roots in Missouri matter to us. None of that is changing. 

What is changing is the infrastructure behind us. PNC Brands Group brings deeper operational resources, stronger sales and distribution systems, and a leadership team with a proven track record of building and scaling CPG food products. This gives us the support to take our offerings further without losing the small-batch mindset that built the brand.

Who Is PNC Brands Group 

PNC Brands Group is led by Gail Kurpgeweit, who has spent her career developing, scaling, and commercializing food brands for national retail. Her companies manage product development, manufacturing, brokerage, and distribution for top-selling premium SKUs in retail across the U.S. Ice Cream Factory now fits inside that system, giving us a stronger platform while keeping production right here in Lebanon, Missouri.

Everything still runs through Lebanon, Missouri. Everything still uses our in-house bakery inclusions. Everything is still designed to feel familiar, comforting, and worth choosing.
