Does ICF provide freezer dividers?
No, we do not provide freezer dividers. However, many of our retailers create their own, while others simply stack containers as shown on our Retailer Hub.

How many containers fit in the freezer?
The ICF-provided freezer holds 11 cases (132 containers) total.
If just starting out, ask one of our reps about our FREE freezer program!
How long is the product good for?
Our ice cream is best enjoyed within 2 years from the production date.
To keep it fresh, we recommend setting your freezer to the coldest temperature
(the highest setting on ICF freezers).
Do you offer point of sale (POS) materials?
Yes! We offer a variety of POS materials online. Our most popular item is our window cling, which ships for a flat $5 shipping fee.

How do I place a reorder?
You have several options:
Email: If you usually receive deliveries from one of our drivers, email your order to orders@icecreamfactoryco.com
Online Store: Place an order through our Wholesale page here:
Phone: Call us at 573-723-4178 to place your order by phone.
DSD (Direct Store Delivery): 1–4 weeks, depending on your location and current delivery routes.
UPS Shipping (4pk Orders): Ships Monday–Wednesday.
To ensure delivery the following week, place your order as early as possible, especially if shipping takes more than 2 days to reach you.
